Terms of Service

By accessing or using the APIBOYS platform, website, APIs, client applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and APIBOYS. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity. In such cases, “you” and “your” refer to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately at hello@apiboys.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, billing restrictions, or enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

APIBOYS provides a cloud-based printing API platform that enables businesses and developers to manage and execute print jobs programmatically. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• A RESTful API for submitting, managing, and monitoring print jobs
• Printer connectivity and registration through desktop client applications
• Print job routing, queuing, and delivery to connected printers
• A web-based dashboard for account management, printer configuration, and job history
• API key management and authentication services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any material changes that may affect your use of the Service.

APIBOYS offers tiered subscription plans with varying features, usage limits, and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. During account registration, you will select your preferred billing currency (USD or INR). Once selected, your billing currency applies to all subsequent charges and cannot be changed without contacting support.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the pricing for your plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused features, or periods where your account was active but not in use.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan's features until that date, after which your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or become inactive.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@apiboys.com within 14 days of the charge, and we will review your case.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to print, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, including circumventing rate limits or usage quotas
• Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage

API rate limits apply to all accounts based on your subscription plan. Exceeding your plan's rate limits may result in throttled requests or temporary suspension of API access. Persistent or intentional abuse of rate limits may lead to account termination.

The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by APIBOYS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the documents, files, and content you submit through the Service for printing (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant APIBOYS a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the print jobs you request. We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We take data security seriously. Document contents submitted for printing are transmitted to your designated printers and are not retained on our servers after the print job is completed. For more details on our data handling practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

APIBOYS does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, and unforeseen events may cause temporary service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APIBOYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

In no event shall APIBOYS's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the total amount you paid to APIBOYS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your continued use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of our platform. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings in the dashboard. Upon account deletion, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked and your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
